Wet weather in the peak

After spending the week between Christmas and new year trying to get out on grit but spending most of the time at climbing works training due to it raining every time i went out. so its off to font tomorrow so finger crossed for good weather.

2 days in the peak

Friday and Saturday in the peak, weather and conditions were not great, i had an hours or so on Voyager very good problem will hopefully be back on it in better condition, trained at climbing works in the evening hoping to get out on Saturday but the shit weather put an end to that so back climbing works, then in the evening back to the north east for a couple of days off for Christmas.

Ranieris Reach

Back from font and back on grit, this time to a very wet Caley, Ranieris Reach was one of the few blocs dry, i repeated it today after trying it last week before going to font when the crack and arete were, great bloc on good rock. lets hope the good weather continues.

5 day in font, 4 days climbing.
Normally i have shit weather in font, but this time it was OK. good trip felt in good shape, did lots of stuff up to font 8a, also got my eye on a couple of harder things for Jan when i go out again.

November great month and a good start to the winter with ascents of Cypher and The Ace both Font 8b. Off to font this week so will see what happens.
